Meh...I'll stick with stock for now, March 28, 2011

First off, I've been using Winamp for the desktop on and off since it first came out. I found the Android app to be less than compelling for typical usage. What the sync via wifi is a nice touch, I found the interface to be lacking in several obvious things. For instance, play mode. No shuffle, no repeat, etc. Perhaps a bit petty, but ...

What's with the ancient versions?, January 2, 2012

geez it seems that amazon updates their apps about as often as carriers update Android. What gives? This version is about 6 updates old. Most apps on this app store are ancient versions. Seriously, what gives??

OK for playing music, podcast support is craptacular, March 22, 2011

Works fine for playing music, you can even have the media player overlay the lock screen so you don't have to unlock your phone to pause and skip, the podcast support is TERRIBLE.
