I really needed this tool and was excited to get it! I followed the directions to the tee. It worked well
for a week, then rubber holding the paper tore. Spring release stuck closed and had to throw it away.
I am a plumber and have a good mechanical mind and would redesign it. great Idea, but cheaply made.

I will not buy anymore from a catalog or products that are made from china. What has happened to America? ...
